The Operations Analyst is responsible for critical operations activities across all product lines. This role requires an understanding of consumer product goods, supply chain KPIs, and inventory management. The Operations Analyst works closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to measure KPIs, ensuring our products are produced on time and in full, driving customer satisfaction. The Operations Analyst reports to the SJ Creations Sr. Director of Operations.

Salary Range: $70k - $80k

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing operational KPIs to keep the team accountable, driving on time and in full results.
Drives the creation of actionable PowerBI dashboards to manage KPIs as required and ad-hoc reporting, when needed.
Responsible for inventory management of all parts and components, including coordinating with external partners during the end of month inventory review, as well as internal Product Development to ensure the team is leveraging existing inventory as needed.
Responsible for cost per unit analysis for all items, including updating monthly based on most recent shipping information, including importing and domestic freight.
Provides analytics to the Operations team as needed to make data driven decisions.
Facilitates planning and validation of inventory transfers between warehouses and production facilities.
Supports new customer requirements gathering and analysis to determine operational impact and necessary internal requirements to provide product development and finance teams.
Support continuous improvement opportunities where identified.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of experience in supply chain and analysis.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfort in managing multiple projects, working with various cross functional groups.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong sense of ownership, proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Curiosity and vigor to learn, grow and challenge the status quo.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills in particular with Excel and PowerPoint.
