GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Setup and administer daily cycle counting function. Analyze counts, adjustments and reports to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the warehouse inventory.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, lost products, missteps in processes and procedures that deal with the movement of inventory

COMPUTER OPERATIONS
Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
PLANNING/ORGANIZATION
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL
Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a productive/technical nature lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate counting within assigned bin locations
- Investigate counting discrepancies
- Perform recounts within the systems 2nd level counting
- Performs weekly warehouse damage processing
- Setup and Schedule Cycle Counting process
- Analyze Lost Sales report, investigate and correct any issues
- Analyze Negative On Hand report, Investigate, correct and document issues
- Analyze PICK and INV locations for any available quantities, investigate, correct and document any issues
- Analyze all inventory adjustments, investigate, correct and document any findings
LEADERSHIP
Provide limited supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill
