GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Data Integrity Analyst serves as a part of our Sales Execution team 
with a primary focus on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of data by 
monitoring systems, identifying and correcting discrepancies, and enforcing 
data policies. The Customer Compliance Team is focused on balancing 
loss and leakage mitigation with maintaining top line sales and customer 
satisfaction. The Data Integrity Analyst will regularly identify business leakage 
risks and opportunities across the organization, working collaboratively with 
cross functional teams to address promptly. The Data Integrity Analyst will
report to the Director of Customer Compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain customer and internal pricing files to ensure alignment
  • Provide actionable data and direction to Sales Execution teams to 
    address customer data integrity issues
  • Track customer compliance issues to completion and ensure 
    corrective actions have been implemented within specified 
    timeframes.
  • Execute on appropriate customer protection and risk mitigation 
    strategies to ensure exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams
    and supporting departments, that influence the leakage reduction
    and customer compliance.
  • Utilize and optimize PowerBI reporting to turn data sets into 
    presentable formats for collaborative solutioning.
  • Support process improvement projects to improve customer 
    satisfaction, reduce data integrity issues, and improve 
    Sales Execution efficiency.
  • Support post Sales Execution activities, including customer 
    complaints analysis/leakage reporting, efficiencies, etc.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of business experience in consumer sales.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills – 
    abilities to identify issues and opportunities a must.
  • Comfort in managing multiple projects, working with various 
    cross functional groups, often at the same time.
  • Highly proficient in data management with advanced excel skills 
    (e.g., complex vlookups, pivot table functions).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Curiosity and vigor to learn, grow and challenge the status quo.
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations.
 

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS

Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM EST
 

PAY RANGE: up to $60K Annually
