The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that E-commerce orders meet the L&R’s standards. To be successful as an E-Commerce Supervisor you must be able to comprehend multiple forms of data and b able to identify issues and report them in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Train and develop E-Commerce Associates and have direct oversight over their duties and responsibilities
Track and ensure orders get processed on-time with a high degree of accuracy
Manage people and resources to complete the work with maximum productivity
Develop efficiencies in E-Commerce and operations processes
Log materials to maintain adequate supplies

Qualifications:

Computer literacy
Proficiency in Windows & MS Office
Ability to problem-solve
Attention to detail
Warehouse leadership experience is required

LEADERSHIP:
Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development and work assignments of personnel in the E-Commerce department
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill
Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs
